Lancet Accounts Department scores a ZERO

I had blood drawn at Lancet Labs for tests. The account was submitted directly to my Medical Aid, by Lancet. The Medical Aid paid most of the account but left 506.49 unpaid. Lancet started their harassment. First they sent an SMS to my wife about the outstanding account. Then they sent one to me. I contacted them by EMail asking for an account, up to this point I had no idea what was being charged. An account was sent by EMail and I paid it on EasyPay about ten minutes after it was received. This was on February 03 2025.

Since then I have received a consistent barrage of SMS messages telling me that I owe them. I have forwarded the proof of payment to them but still get SMS messages.

I have explained to LANCET but they do not respond. Just more SMS's.

No wonder Lancet have a low score on HelloPeter, their accounts department is poor even when allowing for the generally poor Medical Profession accounting services.
