Lancet - Absolutely Uselless
For more than a week we are trying to get test results from this useless lab. We called about a dozen times. Most times nobody at the Results section doesn't pick up. Twice we were lucky and managed to speak somebody. We asked for the results to be emailed but the Lancet people seem to all have a spelling disability. No results received till today. Our GP who is the main recipient of the results is on quarantine leave because of COVID-19. We have enough of Lancet's shocking customer service and will work with Ampath in future! The Lancet app is on my phone. The test was done for my son, Dominic, as you can't load a second person onto the app, this one did not help either. Don't worry. We have been through many bad service experiences with you. We are going to use Ampath in future. Regards Joerg / Woodlands Retirement Home
