Lancet a hopeless case of ****** Suckers

Lancet Laboratories accounts and Call Centre are hopeless. I settled an account in December for my late Mother. I give them the date, the amount and the branch we paid at. They cannot pick up the transaction...they insist that she still owes, but cannot tell me the amount since I am not the surviving spouse....I paid!
