Lancet a bunch of disgusting ***S

On the 7th of December i went to Lancet Noordheuwel/ Lancet Laboratories-Bell street Clinic to have tests done as requested by my doctor. On arrival the lady was so dam rude and clearly did not know what she was doing. When it come to payment time she told me that the payment was going through to my medical aid. I then contacted my medical aid and they advised me that lancet should give them a call and there was a authorization for this. The lady at lancet REFUSED. The lady then called another lancet employee named michelle at another lancet branch and told her that the customer wants her to contact the medical aid. This michelle empolyee then asked what type of medical aid was the client and after all the information was given this Michelle over Speaker Phone told the lady that REFUSED to help me( Just tell the client he must pay cash. The old people from Panorama Retirement Village also have Discovery Health medical aid and its a headache to process to i tell them to pay cash) Lancet you are totally disgusting and to who ever Michelle is the empolyee you are a total disgusting *** for doing this to old people
