Lancert does not get Authorization

My pead sent through bloods to Lancet for tests with out informing them of the medical aid details<br> Lancert does the tests and sends the results to the Pead<br> <br> 6 months later Lancet send me and SMS notifying me that i owe them ZAR 900.00<br> when i ask them why did they not contact me when they got the request to process the bloods or at least he next day / next week <br> <br> I get i do not know, When i ask them for the authorization they hand the account to the debt collectors<br> Now i have medical aid <br> they only pay the claim if i claim within 90 days of the treatment.<br> <br> How does this work <br>
