LACK OF PROMISED SERVICE
I was happy with the app then from 30/11/2017, it was no longer updating my results, I have emailed them approximately 20 times and phoned 6 times and still to todsy 15-02-2019, my results chave not been updated. I am on Warfarin and have to get my INR results and still ive got no where.
Why bother having a mobile up if it diesnt give you your results
