Kudos to the Lancet Laboratories team in Potchefstroom

I would like to thank and acknowledge the kindness and efficient service of the Lancet Laboratories staff in Potchefstroom. My daughter has a chronic illness and regularly has to have blood tests. Today, her doctor sent a lab form late in the day and she go to Lancet just before 4pm, a few minutes before the closing time. They treated her with such kindness and concern. We have consistently received kind, caring service from the Lancet staff we've dealt with throughout her illness. The phlebotomists are always kind and patient, they always introduce themselves, and they always show concern for her wellbeing. Thank you to your team and especially to the team in Potchefstroom!
