Keep sending me statements and demanding payments for tests I didn't do

<p>In May 2017, a someone sharing the same last name as myself had some bloodwork done with Lancet.</p> <p>Somehow they used my medical aid number (they clearly didn't check the patient's medical aid details).</p> <p>Since then I've been receiving sms's, calls, and emails regarding this payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every time I patiently explain everything to them to which they respond that they can see it on there system, yet they continue trying to get money out of me.</p> <p>I've even had my medical aid call them to resolve the issue.</p> <p>Still no joy.</p> <p>I'm more than happy to go to court with them over this issue. Maybe a court ruling against them will make them understand.</p> <p>Their accounts dept is worse than hopeless.</p> <p> </p>
