Its all about Money for Lancet - dont use them, lets find another blood test company

My Husband did blood test on the 24 /09/2022 . Lancet missed the most important test. I called in and they refused to help me. I did state that he works in the bank and cannot talk on the phone. The lady Radel promised me that I would get results 28/09/2022, when I called she refused to talk to me. I called again and then someone else assisted. we constantly get bills from lancet and we constantly pay but when we ask for a statement we get no assistance.
