ITC Letter

Received a sms with ITC Business Administrators letter to notify me that I have to pay an amount of R1354.40. I do not understand why this letter was sent to me as I notified your call centre agents on numerous occasions that the account for service date 20/11/2015 should be re-submitted with oncology ICD10 code. The original account sent did not have the oncology ICD10 code on. I have confirm now with Discovery that the account was also not re-submitted. <br> <br> Do I need to beg your people to re-submit the account? But you are quick enough to sent a letter!
