Irresponsible covid facility

I was referred by my doctor for covid testing this morning. Stood in a queue at Lancet Century City for almost two hours before I asked to please use their ladies toilet. The receptionist flat out refused and said its only for staff. I explained i had been in queue two hours and am there for a covid test and my symptoms included fatigue.. reception just said I need to go outside and go use the public toilet at the shell garage next door. I hadn't even gone for my test yet. Surely they should have facilities for their paying clients to use toilet facilities, but not only that, should someone in the medical field be sending a person awaiting covid 19 test and results to a public restroom facility??? Baffles my mind!!
