Invoices not correct

I received a invoice from Lancet after I went for a gallbladder removal.....Medical aid asked me to send them a motivation letter which I did and also sent it to Lancet.. I received this from Medical aid. Die eis vir dienste gelewer deur Lancet is ontvang en verwerk soos aangedui op eisestaat gedateer 10 en 19 Februarie 2021. Item 4567 is uitgesluit met boodskap 010 (volgens ooreenkoms mag vers****** nie vir die dienste hef) die item is reeds ingesluit in item 4582. Item 3905 is uitgesluit met boodskap V13 (dien motivering van verwysende geneesheer in). In this they mentioned that Lancet are not allowed to charge me as item 4567 is included in item 010 but Lancet just keep on saying ai have to pay the full account and that they don't know about that item that should not be included. Please people be careful when making use of Lancet..... You get surprises of payments
