insane accounts and ****s

I am getting sick and irritated to the core about this *********** service im getting from Lancet. I just called now spoke to Boitumelo he confirmed that i am owing R1085 for refv42335** and for ref V43725** R1500. hence i got an email last week on the 10/11/15 confirming that the account will be put on hold and communication will be escalated to the accounts Dept. to my surprise i got an sms on the 05/11/15 giving me 7days to respond to it or else i will be listed, my reason for today was to do payment arrangements. and all of a sudden the account has went up. as per attached account i see R957 and R1370. im so confused and furious because this accounts came up within a short space of time. i never got any communication about this 2accounts from last year up until the passed few weeks and they come up with threats. why wasnt i told about this accounts last year already and suddenly i am listed. Im trying to buy a car and im being black listed. one agent calls me and gives me this the other calls and gives me that. an email with an attachment gives me something else as well. now which one should i take??? am i being ****** or what? even when i spoke to Boitumelo
