Incorrect results

My name is Nomsa im very angry and dissapointed i went for kinship test for my son, baby no2 from other mother testing against the grandmother at Gleanwood hospital lancet laboratories but the procedure took long more than six weeks and we were supposed to call them checking on the results since after three weeks but worse part of the story is the results came out incorrect so we phoned again several times struggling to find the right doctor for this matter but we were promised to wait for 2 hours to find out what exactly could be the problem or mistake but they never return to us it's been two weeks now since waiting...
