Incorrect personal details

Lancet are quick to hand you over to a collection agency despite several attempts to update your own client information records. What's the point of completing the forms with your details when having tests at a laboratory if they don't use them or update them? And then to be harassed by phone calls that imply you need debt assistance or payment plans when you have never received an invoice to pay in the first place!
