Incorrect details on app

I just downloaded your app nd realised that you have my ID number nd surname yes but I’m a Mrs J**** now , how do you capture incorrect details when you have the clients particulars on hand 😭 I need this rectified as soon as possible so I can be able to download pcr test results for covid for traveling as I need them ASAP in the same name as my ID nd passport.
