Incorrect Claim from medical aid

On the 27th of October 2014 I was blessed with a baby boy. My son was immediately hospitalized from birth for 2 months and 19 days. In February 2015 I got an sms from Lancet Laboratories lawyers that says I owe close to R11000 of medical fees not paid by medical aid. My account was already handed over to Credit Bureau due to none payment. After calling my medical aid on the matter and Lancet I found out that they (Lancet) are claiming incorrectly. I called Lancet to fix the problem and remove my name from Credit Bureau they told me if medical aid is not paying I am held responsible. I managed to champion the matter till I got information from medical aid that the matter was resolved. On 30/11/2015 I get two sms from Lancet that my name has been handed over to Credit Bureau for non payment. after calling Lancet they told me that it's for my sons hospital stay on 2014 after he was born. The same matter I was fighting them for earlier in the year. I really don't understand why without even notification my name has to be sent to Credit Bureau. My son was recently hospitalized I told the medical staff that they should not let Lancet near my son as they cant even claim correctly.
