Incompleted Results not issued

I had been provided with one set of results from my Aspiration done at Victoria Hospital.Doctor had noted that there's a missing half to my results which I require a hardcopy of.We contacted lancet and recieved no feedback or response and was advised that results are archived. I want a hard copy and need this ASAP
