We had some blood tests done at Lancet based on what our doctor had requested. We paid for the tests upfront, and only later realized that we needed to have the doctor’s info of the invoice in order to submit a claim against the medical aid. After going back and forth for a month, Lancet’s accounts department have still not been able to update out satement.

They are *********** and do not deserve anybody’s business.
