I received a letter last month stating I owe lancet money (R94).My husband went the very next day to Lancet to pay it and was told the account was in arrears of 991.80.I called Lancet account department and was told there was no balance and that was probably an error.I was also sent a statement on the 30/06/2015 to show I have no balance. Then today again (20/07/2015) I receive a text from ITC stating I need to pay the amount or legal action will pursue (please note the account was paid on Thursday 16/07/2015)<br> <br> I have a few issues here:<br> 1. I have been a loyal customer of lancet and do blood tests weekly, when you call into the accounts department they keep saying you have zero balance and then three weeks later you receive a call from ITC to say you owe money<br> 2. I paid the account yet still continue to get harrassed by ITC. <br> 3. I have laid numerous complaint numerous times now via mail with no response<br> <br> I have never had credit issues or accounts not paid- this has to be rectified ASAP as you have discredited my name literally due to your own staff incompetence on numerous occasions.
