The so called Lancet laboratory is busy harassing me after I have made arrangements for my account. This service provider is *********** I want to state that if one of my family or myself became admitted I don't want anything to do with lancet. I want this to be in record. Especial in hospital because to doctors I can request another laboratory. Today 15 April I received a vall from Nazreen from head office telling me that I made arrangements but I didn't make any payment. I was angry I asked her ti phone me back so that I can checked tje recipient her answer was no I can't phone yoy back. Yoy have to call us.i was ****ed off by that answer.I said ro her I made payment she said am I aware that I don't have one account. I said yes I made arrangements with Boitumelo after my previous complain to hello peter. Boitumelo made a note about my arrangements and I paid the amount that I was supposed to pay. That i was not happy at reenactment the was lady Nazreen spoke to me.when she wss checking her system she said ican see that you have made payment but its not her fault that system didn't update. I was asking my self is that the answers I was deserving. I hate Lancet with all my heart. they treat a person like a fool. I DON'T want anything to do with lancet. I
