Incompetence of staff
Lancet Bophelong in Vosloorus are the most *********** people in terms their administration. After paying for tests, the tests never reached the doctor which defeats the whole point of testing. Now the tests have to be done again at my cost? Since they are outdated. Just unbelievable!!
