Incompetence at Lancet Laboratories My mom went for blood tests. The account came and for some reason we put the incorrect reference number. After many emails and phone calls, it was eventually picked up that the incorrect reference number was on the payment submittal. We received an email saying it has been sorted out. However we are still receiving messages that payment is due. THERE IS TOTAL INCOMPETENCE IN THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT
