Incompetence at its peak.
The Lancet Labs capture my email address on another individuals account and then when the individual failed to pay the account it was handed over to an attorney.This company then sends me a letter of demand to my email address requesting payments..I had to send multiple emails plus call the attorneys to address the issue...how can lancets get something wrong in capturing info from a piece of paper in front of them...Unbelievable!!! Epic incompetence.!
