INCOMPETANT ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

I have received a letter that I have been handed over for collection of an account that was paid already. The call centre operators are as thick as two short planks and I have emailed the proof of payment to these idiots 5 times now.

If I find any listing on ITC with this regard I will take legal action against you for defamation of character.

If your accounts department cannot pick up payments in your bank account and cross check against proof of payment made then you need to get new people that know how to reconcile accounts.
