Incompentent Billings department

Useless billings department. Lancet claimed an amount of R5291.10 from medical aid under the wrong dependant code!!! The claimed for the main member instead if the dependant. Phoned them several times to amend and reprocess account and send to medical aid but they keep saying " The Back Office is working on it" yet its now 3 months gone by and you keep sending me smses to pay stressing us out for no reason but pure incompetence from the billing department. How hard is it to amend an account and re- claim under the correct dependant code? Who is the person that ***********ly claim such a big amount under the wrong dep code? Ref nr Y***6 date of services May 2024 amount R5291.10 this is an in hospital claim for dependant 01 !!!!.NOT DEPENDANT 00.
