Incoetant personnel and administrative systems

The.most incompetant admin personnel I have ever experienced. And not the first time!! Allow me to clarify. They have a bord up stating that you shall not.leave until your account is paid in full if you are a private pasient. Going 4 times for covid tests my medical aid credentials was checked.. no problem there until I received a bill demanding payment. Then they startimg harrassing me treating me like a ******** stating I will be handed over for collection. Visited Lancet on the 25 Nov. Received a statement, drove to rhe medical fund only to find that the statement indicated "Private Pasient" And I left the premises 4 times!!! The.medical fund indicated thet will not attend to any statements of this nature which I can understand So here comes the interesting part. A nice lady at Lancet phoned HQ to tell them to fix. I also got.to tell my side. Until now she were clueless as to how to rectivy the problem although all my medical credentials are on the system. She even asked me my medical aid"s e mail address!!!Outcome... Still going to be harrased? 100 %. Due to their incompetance to solve a problem!!!!
