Impossible to work with
Lancet sent me a bill months after having cancer removed. They send complicated messages that are impossible to pay. After waiting 10 minutes to reach their accounts department via their landline, their call centre agent explained that their sms message is confusing. If I hadnt bothered to call in, they would have no problem handing this off to their lawyers. Their sms instruction makes no sense at all and as a result one cannot pay. Their example below
Dear MR A B..... Payment for services provided by Lancet Laboratories (DRS.....), requested by ..... 20/01/23 for R131.00 is now OVER DUE. Please Pay to Nedbank Acc Number ***, Branch Code: 146905 and use Y***0 as reference. For queries dial *** Email ***
