******* billing and harassment

My gran got treatments by the doctor (we specified only medical aid treatments to be done) So this lacent sends a message we must pay R2k for results . We tel them no it's too much they don't need to do . Here they come with it's already been done no notice or quote we must pay now . I see this as ***** as we did not agree to any non medical procedures and we never agreed or got quoted on . How do I stop these people surely they must tell people that they will charge them and the price and wait for acceptance. They also harrassed me on my businesses number for my grans stuff . I have asked them to stop harassing me . My gran can't pay would never have agreed why call me ? They harass me daily they call on my work number .
