If there was a negative rating rather than 1 I would definitely give minus ten. Lancet laboratory at ETHEKWENI Hospital , really pathetic and appalled by the service that you render to elderly people. Waiting wss forever, my mum asked if she could use the bathroom facilities and was told no. Another patient whom came long after us was attended to before us and only when i had to wake up and go look for her forms which was conveniently pushed to the bottom of the pile and when i asked for the manager, she's conveniently not at work today . All i heard was excuses about who did not do this and that whom didn't do that. Really pathetic guys.
