I was disappointed that I had to wait for a long time for nurses to take my blood samples because Lancet Sunward Park staff was in hospital wards and there was no one on their premises

I was disappointed that I had to wait for a long time for nurses to take my blood samples because Lancet Sunward Park staff was in hospital wards and there was no one on their premises. This is so inefficient and causing unnecessary inconvenience. I’m disappointed that Lancet will try to save costs at the expense of an efficient service to it’s patients
