I have been dealing with Lancet on my account for over 2 years now

I have been dealing with Lancet on my account for over 2 years now. I even arranged 2 to 3 conference calls with them and my medical aid to resolve this but no one is coming to party with the information why the claim was reversed and correspondence when the resubmitted and correct reference number as they confirmed they resubmitted 18.11.2023 I am just getting reminders that is there is an outstanding amount of R4000K and they handed over my account to debt collectors but none of them are responding with information to resolve this.
