I cannot believe how unprofessional Lancet are

I cannot believe how unprofessional Lancet are. I received a call, supposedly from Lancet at 09h18 today to tell me I owe Lancet R57.60 not covered by my medical aid for tests done 2 weeks ago. My response was, “ If I owe any money please send me a statement.” Surely you first send a statement and then call?

So Lancet feel it is right to start spamming me with the same email at 10h04, another at 10h04, another at 10h05, another at 15h02 and that’s not to mention the half a dozen smses throughout the day!

Out of principal I will now make Lancet wait 90 days for this payment, so they will then have a valid reason to hound and spam me for the R57.60!
