How pathetic

I phoned Lancet on Monday wanting to speak to Mpho (the lady as I learned there is a male and female Mpho) she was busy at the time and they said they will phone me back. Yesterday I phoned again and again I was not able to speak to Mpho which was not a problem as I was told that it will be elevated to Mpho to phone me back. I phoned again this morning and this time I waited for over 5 minutes on hold when nobody answered I decided I have done enough from my side. If Lancet is serious about me paying my account they can phone me I wont phone them again and if they are not serious about improving the service I will go to another lab to do all my path work.... I don't want to talk to Mpho any longer as I don't have time to wait to the end of days to be phoned back, anyone will do just get your stuff together Lancet
