How many times can 1 staff member ***** a patient?

There were 3 lab staff members when I visited Lancet Groenkloof on Monday morning 18 August. The male personnel called another female consultant for assistance. The female staff *****ed me 4 times and she was still willing to ***** me more if I agreed. She could have given the other staff members a turn to try as well, instead of *****ing me 4 times.

I had to do 6 tubes of blood test and I only did 3, as the pain was unbearable. I left the hospital without completing the 6 tests. Lancet, what is the maximum number of *****s allowed for 1 staff member when drawing bloods, according to your policy?
