Hounded for payment for a service I did not approv

*** MAUFF A C & PARTNERS DR <br> <br> I am EXTREMELY frustrated by the way in which you operate! My child was admitted to hospital in September this year and blood tests were ordered by the doctor. <br> <br> So afterwards I got this RIDICULOUS statement from you for most of this claim as it was rejected by my medical aid. Now my problem is that this claim would have been paid by the medical aid should you have followed procedure. Feedback from my medical aid:<br> <br> Claim for services rendered 17 September 2015 was processed in line with the scheme rules and paid at medical scheme rates.<br> <br> Tariff code 4439 was charged at R1581.40, but was rejected due to the test not being ordered on the submitted request form.<br> <br> So now I am asking you, why was no contact made with either myself or my medical aid to authorize this procedure? Surely if you know what you are doing you would know by now that medical scheme rules apply and check authorization before proceeding with your service!<br> <br> I will NOT pay this account. Should you have followed procedure I would not have been liable for payment. If for any reason you feel this is not the case you can resolve this with either the hospital or my medical aid
