Horrifically *********** Accounts Department
They admitted to botching the medical aid claim, then expected me to pay for their mistake. To add insult to injury, they handed me over to lawyers without me ever receiving an invoice or a statement, because they were using the wrong number and email address. In doing so, sharing my private information with strangers, which is in breach of POPIA. And then they have to audacity to try and intimidate me into paying them without any information as to what I was paying for by sending threatening messages via their lawyers.
