!!!! Horrible service from Lancet laboratories!!!!

Lancet over the street from Eugene Marais Hospital service —I do not even want to start my Doctor advised me to do the Covid 19 test before I can go to the hospital for my procedure first I was not allowed to go inside to talk to the employees I hade to stand outside and call a number for assistance which I did I explained to the gentleman and he said they can not help me then they shouted at me inside the office I was outside that I am waisting my time and money they did not even have the decency to come to me and explain the situation
