Horrible service from Lancet

Lancet has been abusing me with endless sms's, emails, calls, handing me over to attorneys for almost 2 years now, yet the mistake is on their side, I've made numerous calls and no one is able to fix a simple mistake, i did 2 covid tests, Lancet is putting the wrong reason code when requesting payment from my medical aid, my medical aid company is ready to pay, once Lancet has fixed the reason code, but no Lancet wont fix the code instead they going to keep sending those stupid emails and sms's telling me i owe them., someone is obviously not doing their job here
