Horrible service

I've had a terrible experience with Lancet and a Dr named Dr Pupuma. I was charged multiple times for the same tests and when questioned there was no response from both the Dr or Lancet. I've called Lancet and the Dr several times to follow up on this and to my dismay I haven't received feedback. I have never been charged so much for tests ever even for my hospital stays. The amount has even exceeded my savings and I apparently owe Lancet. There is no explanation of the multiple charges and neither the Dr or Lancet want to explain however Lancet is constantly reminding me of a fee I'm not aware of. I was only told by the Dr about two tests of which were signed on the document however to my surprise the same tests have been done mutual times and I wasn't told about this.
