Horrible Service

Hi there

I would like to complain about the lack of service l experienced at the Brackenfell Lancet. I arrived there at 11:30, knowing that the closing time is 12:00. Upon arrival, the nurse told me that she will not assist me because it will take her 30 minutes to assist the person that was infront of me. I decided to wait because l was not going to get a chance to visit the lab during the week. The person infront of me was done at 11: 05, l then rang the bell to ask the nurse if she can assist me since it was not yet 12:00 and l was there before closing time. She told me that she has a home to go to so she was not going to assist me. I tried to plead with her explaining that l could not get there earlier or during the week because of work commitments, and the doctor had specifically asked me to go to Lancet and no where else, she said no l must leave. I am really disapointed because this is really not right, if Lancet has a closing time and l was there before that time then why was l not assisted? If your business has specific rules regarding arrival times please make them known to the public.
