Horrible customer service

Would give zero start if I could. Lancet account department is absolutely pathetic when it comes to customer service. They will continuously sms and email regarding an outstanding account, even when you call and share the POP. I have shared a payment made to them in October 2025 on several occasions, just to find out they had handed us over for failure to pay in Aug 2026. On the same day that I had spoken to a consultant and shared the proof of payment for the 100th time. I will never make use of Lancet for any reason as they have no regard for their clients.
