Horrible Accounts department

I honestly don’t know what’s happening in that account department, it’s frustrating. I have lost count of the many times I’ve been calling them to rectify the issue. First they claimed for my baby under my medical aid, I sent emails n calls asking them to claim from the correct medical aid as my baby is no registered under my medical aid.. and reverse the money they claimed from my medical aid, they did that but instead of claiming that money from the correct medical aid, they keep on sending me statements that I owe them, it’s not my fault that they keep on claiming in bits and pieces. Please stop sending me SMS’s that I owe you
