Horrible Account Issue Resolution S****s

It's been months trying to resolve an account query which was not *members liability*. They keep repeating the same line over and over again, not looking at the paperwork or feedback delivered on query. No superior has made contact to resolve the issues. Absolutely bad service and poor judgement.
