Having to beg for feedback and still none recieved

I have asked for my account to be ammended and the correct ICD 10 code to be added onto the account. Then i have another query where i need to provide my medical aid with the chargeable codes for 2 tests requested by my dr, I NEED THE CODES BEFORE I DO THE TESTS. This has now taken these people more than a week! Full of empty promises and useless people.

Next time i will go to ampath!
