Harassment/Bullying from Lancet!!!

Absolutely disgraceful bullying abehavior from lancet because of a mess up on their side! In February my wife and I had swabs done and their employee took down the medical aid numbers wrong. He then called us the next day and we gave and corrected his mistake. It's now 10 months later and the calls emails and sms's have not stopped! One of ours was correctly sorted out and then my wife's was not corrected now we are constantly receiving threatening emails her swab! We both on the exact medical aid with the same details now because they did not do their jobs correctly and our medical aid has said its stale they are not stopping harassing us! 10 months of misery and constant harassing for their own staffs incompetency! They need to take responsibility for their own mistakes and stop harassing my wife! Below is just one of the threatening emails! This is outrageous!
