Harassment for money I don’t owe you!

Warning: Rather use Ampth! I went for a blood test of the 4th of February 2019 and paid in advance before a drop of blood was drawn. Ever since I’ve been sent dozens of emails and text messages harassing me for payment. Emailing proof of payment twice has done nothing to resolve the matter and the call centre keeps calling me wanting payment and refuse to help!
