Harassment Calls | Spam after arrangement is made for end of June 2017

<p>Had my blood done a few weeks ago and medical aid didnt pay, didnt know about this until I got a sms from Lancet demanding payment. <br />I already made arrangements on the 6th of June 2017 with Lancet that I will pay at the end on June 2017 and settle this account - I have the email from the resolutions consultant at the call center confirming that it is NOTED on the system that I will only pay at month end. </p> <p>Since then, everyday without fail, I get spammed with calls from the ********** atleast on average three times a day, possibly more.</p> <p>Legally by law, you not suppose to harass a person who has admitted to the debt and made payment arrangements - should they not pay the amount or contacted you, you are not entitled to harass anyone.</p> <p>I suggest that you check your emails for that email that I sent on the 6 June 2017 at 06h20am and stop harassing me.</p>
