Harassment by Lancet Accounts Department

The Accounts department do completely useless and con not process simple medical aid claims. I have proof that the medical aid approved claims yet they harass my wife and I with regards to those payments. I have contacted the accounts department several times in order to resolve the issue, yet they have made no attempt rectify the issue knowing that the medical aid has approved the claim. I do not recommend that any use Lancet Laboratories. If you hospitalized, kindly make use of the alternate labs.
