Harassment and Threats

Since 2013 i receive demands for payments, I immediately resolve the issue and am told that there is no sum outstanding only to receive another demand with no detail as to why 6 months later. None of the sums have been substantiated, always the sums are slightly different (although under R200) and each time I am told that I do not owe any money. <br> The latest correspondence was today with an e-mail letter from SCS, who do collections, also an SMS message that was frankly rude and threatening . I phoned up and no one would respond to my questions. <br> I have an e-mail trail stating that I do not owe money on the account in questions ***. <br> I am disgusted by these 2 companies, their lack of empathy or ability to resolve an issue.
